7. Orders and Payment

Good Genetix reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or review any order at our discretion.

Merchandise orders may be fulfilled from different production or fulfillment locations depending on the customer’s location, the product ordered, and the fulfillment partner used.
Shipping rates may vary depending on product type, weight, order size, destination, fulfillment location, and the shipping method available.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking information.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
Good Genetix is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
10. Customs, Duties and Import Fees
Because merchandise orders may be fulfilled from different locations, some orders may be shipped internationally depending on the customer’s location, the product ordered, and the fulfillment partner used.
Depending on the destination country, product type, order value, and fulfillment location, customs duties, taxes, import fees, local handling charges, inspections, delays, or restrictions may apply.
These charges and decisions are not controlled by Good Genetix and are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Good Genetix is not responsible for delays, restrictions, additional charges, failed deliveries, or customs-related issues caused by customs authorities, local import rules, incorrect customer information, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control.
11. Delivery and Risk
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Once tracking confirms successful delivery, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.
Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.
If tracking shows that a package is delayed, lost in transit, or not delivered, the customer should contact Good Genetix as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Good Genetix can only cancel or modify an order if it has not yet been processed, submitted to a fulfillment partner, produced, packed, or shipped.
Because many merchandise products are made to order, orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has started with Printful or another print-on-demand partner.
Where a mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right applies by law, Good Genetix will comply with that requirement.
13. Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacements are explained in our separate Refund & Returns Policy.
Because many merchandise products are made to order, Good Genetix does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, wrong color selection, buyer’s remorse, customer ordering mistakes, or change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer must contact Good Genetix within the claim period stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.
For Printful-fulfilled merchandise, damaged, defective, or misprinted product claims generally need to be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, or the customer’s local jurisdiction.
14. Right of Withdrawal for EU and UK Consumers
Where applicable, EU and UK consumers may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The customer must do this before the withdrawal period expires.
The customer must return the eligible goods within the legally required period after notifying Good Genetix of the withdrawal.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law or agreed by Good Genetix.
Returned goods must be unused, complete, undamaged, and returned in appropriate packaging.
The customer may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Certain products may be excluded from withdrawal rights under applicable law. This may include products made to the customer’s specifications, personalized products, sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened for health or hygiene reasons, or other legally excluded products.
Good Genetix will comply with any mandatory withdrawal rights that apply by law.
15. Legal Guarantee and Defective Products
Consumers may have mandatory legal guarantee rights for defective goods under applicable consumer protection law.
For customers in Spain and the European Union, consumer goods may be covered by the applicable legal guarantee period required by law.
This legal guarantee applies to defects that exist according to applicable consumer law.
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling, improper washing, improper storage, customer negligence, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification, environmental conditions after delivery, or use contrary to product instructions.
