1. Overview

At Good Genetix, we want every merchandise order to arrive correctly, safely, and in the condition expected.

This website is the main Good Genetix brand website and is used for merchandise, apparel, accessories, community content, brand information, and related services.

Products sold directly through this website are merchandise items only. These may include apparel, accessories, lifestyle products, and other Good Genetix brand-related products.

Any genetics-related products are not sold, paid for, processed, shipped, fulfilled, refunded, returned, or replaced through this website.

If this website contains links to an external Good Genetix-related shop or separate platform, any purchase made through that external shop is subject to the refund, returns, shipping, payment, legal, and fulfillment policies of that separate platform.

Purchases made through this website and purchases made through an external shop are independent from each other.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, or the customer’s local jurisdiction.

2. Merchandise Orders

Good Genetix merchandise may include apparel, accessories, lifestyle products, and other non-genetics-related brand items.

Many merchandise products sold through this website are produced and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners, including Printful or similar providers.

Print-on-demand merchandise is made specifically after an order is placed. Because these items are produced on demand and are not held as standard resale stock by Good Genetix, we do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size selection
Wrong color selection
Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind
Customer ordering mistakes
Incorrect product selection
Minor variations in print placement, color tone, material finish, or display appearance

Good Genetix remains the customer-facing seller and point of contact for merchandise orders placed through this website.

3. Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If a merchandise item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible.

For Printful-fulfilled merchandise, claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted products generally need to be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Every case is reviewed individually.

If the issue is confirmed, Good Genetix may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation, the fulfillment partner’s review process, and applicable law.

4. Size, Fit, and Product Selection

Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions, size charts, color options, and order details before placing an order.

Because many products are made to order, we cannot usually offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if the customer selected the wrong size, wrong color, wrong product, or changed their mind after placing the order.

If you are unsure about sizing, please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

5. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately at:

Good Genetix can only cancel or modify an order if it has not yet been processed, submitted to a fulfillment partner, produced, packed, or shipped.

Merchandise orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has started with Printful or another print-on-demand partner.

Where a mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right applies by law, Good Genetix will comply with that requirement.

6. Wrong Address, Failed Delivery, or Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

Good Genetix is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unclaimed package, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

For print-on-demand merchandise, returned packages may be handled according to the fulfillment partner’s return process and may not automatically be eligible for refund or replacement.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Once tracking confirms successful delivery, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.

If tracking shows that a package is delayed, lost in transit, or not delivered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side or where a refund is required by applicable law.

If a replacement or reshipment is approved, Good Genetix will confirm whether additional shipping costs apply before the replacement is sent.

9. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment Partner Process

Some merchandise products are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners such as Printful or similar providers.

These partners may review claims involving damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost items before approving a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Because production and fulfillment are handled by third-party providers, resolution times may vary depending on the provider, product type, shipping carrier, destination, and the details of the claim.

Good Genetix will remain the customer-facing contact and will help review valid claims related to merchandise orders placed through this website.

10. Mandatory Consumer Rights

This policy does not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.

Where a customer has a legal right to cancel, withdraw, return, or receive a refund under applicable consumer protection law, Good Genetix will comply with those requirements.

However, certain products may be excluded from cancellation or return rights under applicable law. This may include custom-made or personalized products, goods made to the customer’s specifications, sealed goods that cannot be returned once opened for health or hygiene reasons, or other products legally excluded from return rights.

11. External Shop Purchases

This website may contain links to an external Good Genetix-related shop or separate platform.

Any products purchased through an external website are not sold, paid for, processed, shipped, fulfilled, refunded, returned, or replaced through this website.

External shop purchases are subject to the refund policy, returns policy, shipping policy, payment methods, legal notices, and fulfillment process of that separate external platform.

Good Genetix merchandise orders placed through this website remain separate from any orders placed through an external shop.
