For Printful-fulfilled items, production and fulfillment usually takes approximately 2–5 business days before shipping. Shipping time is added after fulfillment and depends on the product, destination, carrier service, and fulfillment location used for the order.

Good Genetix cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, returned packages, or additional reshipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unclaimed package, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

9. Customs, Duties and Import Fees

Because merchandise orders may be fulfilled from different locations, some orders may be shipped internationally depending on the customer’s location, the product ordered, and the fulfillment partner used.

Depending on the destination country, product type, order value, and fulfillment location, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local handling charges may apply.
