At Good Genetix, all seeds are sold strictly as collectible souvenirs and preservation items. They are not intended for germination, and by purchasing, you confirm that you are complying with all local laws and regulations in your region.

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed and shipped. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened, used, or shipped items.

As these are living biological products, quality and preservation can be influenced by handling, storage conditions, and environmental factors outside of our control. For this reason, we cannot guarantee outcomes beyond the condition in which your order arrives.

That said, we stand behind the quality of our work and our selection process.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is a genuine issue with seed viability upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos where applicable. Every case is reviewed individually, and where appropriate, we may offer replacement items, store credit, or another suitable solution at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
